Delivery rates in France and Monaco:

Indicative delivery time: 48h to 72h

Shipping rates are now the weight.

Delivery is free from 80 € of purchases for delivery in Metropolitan France in colissimo.

Some products require packaging and additional charges. Free delivery will not be ensured if your order contains one of these products.

For professional orders, please note the delevery time : 48h to 72h.

Bike delivery 

The bike delivery is only available in Paris and neighboring towns and from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

A phone number is required for direct contact.

For orders placed before 12 am: you are delivered the same day between 14 and 18h

For orders placed after 12am: you are delivered the next day between 14 and 18h.

All orders placed after 12am on Friday will be delivered on Monday between 14 and 18h.

In case of absence at the address indicated, we would have to re-invoice delivery. Bike delivery is charged € 6 VAT in Paris and € 18 in the neighboring cities of Paris.  

Delivery rates abroad are by International Colissimo:

If unfortunately the receipt of your package does not cause euphoria that we hope you can have an exchange be reimbursed within 14 days (according to the statutory withdrawal period). Except on customized products.

In the case of a return of conform products, the return will be borne by the buyer.

This will be offered a credit or refund of the value of products at the date of purchase.

In the case of a return of non-conforming products (damaged, stained ...), reimbursement of goods and removal costs will only take place after receipt of the goods and validation of non-compliance. Reimbursement of approved products will be within 15 working days. Returns will be in the original packaging.
